Whether it is for coarse material or fine milk powder, double, single or with a hanging bearing, in every conceivable angle, in a tube or in a trough, or even with plastic screw blades around the screw ribbon, you can think of anything crazy, or Bakker Machine construction produced it. Both in steel, stainless steel 304 and even in stainless steel 316.
With several screw conveyors per month, we have enough experience to take on any challenge. Due to the large number of transport screws, we have designed our own standard. By using special bearings with built-in seals and custom-cut gaskets on the motor plate, among other things, leakage does not occur on a Bakker screw conveyor.

OUR SCREW CONVEYORS HAVE A LONGER LIFETIME

Because we consider sustainability important, we use removable protective bushings on the axle journals. This only causes wear on the wear sleeve that is easy to disassemble. This can be easily replaced without removing the screw ribbon from the housing. We start by measuring on location to make installation easier. This minimizes downtime and prevents malfunctions and unnecessary wear in the long term.

If it appears that your machines need improvement or modernization, we can take care of this for you. We investigate the possibilities, carry out any repairs and/or adjust your machines. We use advanced resources and the latest techniques for this.
