Can also be used in an ATEX zone 22. The housing is made of stainless steel 304 and equipped with a plastic plunger. The sampler is attached to the bunker using a flange or tri-clamp connection, making it easy to dismantle during cleaning work, for example.

By controlling the 5/2 valve, the plunger takes a sample (60 cc) from the bunker. The plastic plunger is fitted with a metal bolt at the front and is therefore traceable. Using a vibrator, the sample is emptied into the discharge tube, so that the product ultimately ends up at the collection point. The sample bag hanging at the bottom of the tube is clamped between a solid ring and a tapered tube and can therefore be easily changed.
