For the controlled dumping of raw materials or ingredients using Big Bags and bagged goods, Bakker Machinebouw supplies high-quality dumping cabinets made of both RVS304 and RVS316.

These cabinets are tailor-made for you, with hygiene, an ergonomic workplace and a safe, dust-free working environment guiding the design.

DUMP CABINETS FOR BAG GOODS

These can be used to directly add products in the production process, as is the case with a dumping cabinet on top of a mixer.

DUMP CABINETS FOR DOSING

In case of indirect addition, or in a situation where dosing is desired, an underlying screw conveyor or bladder / vacuum transport can be used.

EXTRA OPTIONS

If desired, our cabinets can be equipped with a hatch with a viewing window so that the process can be monitored and an (ATEX) hatch switch that cannot be opened during operation. Lighting, is also an option for a clear view of the workplace. Extraction is usually necessary so that the operator can work dust-free and the environment remains clean. The grille in the cabinet is removable and optionally equipped with a vibration motor.
