PALLET TILT FOR FREEZER STORE

OUR EXPERTISE
For a customer in the food industry, we have developed a pallet turner specifically for removing freezer spacers and pallets from between the frozen product. This took our customer a lot of time and was physically taxing for his employees. Our tilter offers a tailor-made solution. With our tilter, one or more pallets can be tilted at the same time, which significantly simplifies the work process. This custom system even has a double tilt function.

THE RESULT
The result – The customer is happy with the steel-coated version with stainless steel plating on the contact parts to prevent rust. The cycle time of approximately 1 minute and a capacity of up to 1800 kg also saves considerable time and is a major improvement from an ergonomic perspective. This installation is secured around the tilter with fencing and light screens.
