Project // Crusher for cocoa butter
We provided a complete layout setup for a customer in cocoa processing. We have developed a number of large crushers for breaking blocks of cocoa butter weighing up to 800 kg. The blocks are delivered to an unpacking conveyor and dumped into the crusher. After the breaking process, the pieces of butter fall into an underlying melting oven (see film).
